Dish for one person:
Duck leg confit, reduced juice, pressed potatoes with mild garlic, carrots, turnips in bouillon
Packed in a protective atmosphere.
Preparation:
Microwave: Pierce the foil, place the dish on a plate, 4 minutes at 800 watts
Oven: Remove film, 30 min at 120°C.
Store between +0°C and +4°C
