Pu Erh tea is a specialty originating from Yunnan, China. It is subjected to a unique manufacturing process, a prolonged microbial fermentation which gives it its full, sweet flavor and its characteristic undergrowth aroma. Excellent with meats and cheeses, it is very popular in China as a tea with healthy properties.
Preparation suggestion: 2/3 g for 200 mL of mineral water at 95°C. Infusion time: 3 minutes.
