Sri Lanka is one of the main producing countries in the world thanks to its favorable climate, which allows harvesting almost all year round. Ceylon teas are appreciated for their copper color in the cup, their powerful aroma with notes of wood and fruit and their full and balanced taste. Despite its name, this tea is not orange flavored. Orange pekoe is a term for the grade.
Preparation suggestion: 2/3 g for 200 mL of mineral water at 90°C. Infusion time: 3 minutes.
