One of China's famous "ten priceless teas", Lung Ching or Longjing green tea, is produced in Zhejiang, in the beautiful West Lake region. A very popular tea, so much so that it received the status of imperial tea in the 18th century. The processing is still manual and drying over low heat is done in metal pans.
Preparation suggestion: 2/3 g for 200 mL of mineral water at 80°C. Infusion time: 2/3 minutes.
