The possible delivery times are as follows: 8 a.m., 11 a.m. or 1 p.m. These are given to you for information only and are subject to traffic conditions and the number of deliveries to be made. It is therefore necessary to provide a margin of more or less 30 minutes on the chosen schedule. An order requested for 8 a.m. can therefore be delivered to you between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

In addition, we would like to remind you that the goods are delivered at the entrance of the building. Remember to make sure that it can be received quickly. In the event of a wait of more than 10 minutes, our driver will be forced to leave with the goods, which will be invoiced to you.

Bread and pastries orders are available as soon as our stores open. Products from our other ranges can be collected from 10 a.m. in our Cloche d'Or point of sale and from 11 a.m. in our other points of sale.
